CHICKEN WITH SOY SAUCE
- 8 pieces of chicken
- 1/2 cup of oil
- 1/2 tbsp of garlic
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of Soy Sauce
- Salt and pepper the chicken.
- Fry the chicken until golden (does not have to be fully cooked), then remove from pan and set aside.
- In that same oil simmer in the garlic and the onions.
- Incorporate the soy sauce and the water.
- Put the fried chicken back to the pan and let it boil for 15 min.
- Serve with white rice or mashed potato
